1 million years from now, what will be left of our civilization?

Okay... let's suppose some aliens would arrive on Earth one million years (or more) away from now. And they start digging (just like we're starting to do on Mars). Besides our fossils, what would they find that would tell them about us? Is there something man-made that will last that long? Is there anything industrially produced that would tell them about us? Anything that would separate us from all other animals?
