this question is for people who have decent experience in hiking in hilly areas. with a ascend and descend of 2000+ feet how many miles of flat terrain does 1 mile hike feel like? i guess it would also depend on ur level of physical fitness so the answer could vary. any other input would also be appreciated. thanks
