both were sentenced to a county jail in the area of the killing. the murderer, one who pulled the trigger, stayed in da county jail in which he has 25 years to life nd he's 61 years old. as for the accomplice, who's 31 years old, got 40 years to life nd was moved to an upstate facility. shouldn't the murderer be moved to a maximum facility as opposed to da accomplice getting moved?
