so it was started by an entrepreneur, now it has about 300 franchises. Theres a CEO, President and COO, and CFO, But I cant figure out what kind of "business structure" it has:
Sole Proprietorship, partnership(general, limited, joint), corporation(Domestic, foregin, alien, private, public), s corp, LLC, Coop
I was leaning towards a partnership, even though he is in charge, created it himself, he also franchises and doesnt exactly do it on his own.
Or perhaps even a private corporation.. any ideas?
