1.5 mile run for test, help, hurting?

I have less than two weeks to shave off almost 2 minutes. My one knee is hurting after the run. My shins are stopping me from keeping going throughout the run. My lungs are getting better, but still an issue. Good muscular shape. 29yr. 6' 3" m. Any advice
how often, daily, times per day, length, anything
 
well to help with your shin and knee pain you need to strengthen your muscles. to do that you should run backwards for a warm up every day. you'll might feel a little weird running backwards but it will strengthen your shin and knee muscles.
don't drink any soda, and you could also try and eat a lot of pasta the day before your big run. the carbohydrates in the pasta will give you energy.

remember don't eat any anything with grease or fat, and dont drink anything with carbonation.
