09 suzuki gsx-r600 or 09 honda cbr600rr?

both look nice in my opinion but which one will be a better buy ?? i want to use it to cruise around town and freeway use as well. if you could give me your opinion on which bike would be the best, that will be great.
 
Neither of these bikes are built for cruising around town, and if you have to ask this question then you're not ready for either of them. Read the links below to find out why. A long read, but will probably save your life.
 
Being how must bikes never make onto a track, either one will do. Both are bad@ss bikes. I got rid of my 04 gixxer for a 08 cbr, so im a little biased. It really just comes down to preferance of the looks, and if one is more comfortable. C-ABS is a real neat feature though.
 
In Suzuki you will have less maintenance cost compare to Honda. But both will give you significant performance. I vote for Suzuki GSX600
