08 honda civic questions?

i have an lx and found some problems im not sure i should be concern about. first off the headlights do not light up the street that well at night its easier to drive with high beams but cant always do that. and the ac gets warm when im at a red light or on park. then i got a cd stuck in the player well the person who owned it before me did. and another thing iv notice is when im looking for parking driving like 10 mph the engine jerks idk just want to know if this stuff is common or usual or something i should get checked? thanks
