07 Ultra Batwing alignment

Hey guys,
Looking for some advice here. I've got an 07 Electraglide Ultra with the batwing fairing. The bike tracks straight and true. However the fairing and handlebars are tweeked to the right. Enough to make an anal person like me go nuts. Is this something that can be corrected by loosening the trees and twisting? Or what is the best solution besides putting blinders on?
Thanks,
MadScot

I'd check out the service manual, but since the bat-wing is handle-bar mounted, (or maybe I should say fork-mounted) it would seem to me that the forks and handlebars aren't 100% straight and that in turn is throwing off the fairing.

Man I thought I had been seeing things. Mine exhibits the same thing. I always think I am in a gradual right turn and it screws me up every time. The inner fairing is nowhere attached to the handlebars. It attaches at the triple trees. Me thinks that it was not properly realigned when it was removed to replace the front end on a warranty job. My dealer didn't fix it when I had it in last time and now I have to deal wit it. I will adjust it when I take it off to get painted in the coming months.

That's my thought. Only looking for input as to maybe having to tweek the triple trees as the bars line up with the fairing. So I don't think adjusting only the fairing will do the trick?

My '07 was the same, bars and batwing twisted to the right. Dealer told me I was nuts and to stop bothering them about it. Between the twist and the dealer I ended up selling the bike and going with a different dealer for my '09 which has nice straight alinement in the bars and batwing. The twist was so bad that if I closed my eyes and held the bars, my right hand would be against the brake housing and my left hand would be almost off the outer end.

My SG wing seems to suffer from a slight lean to the right. The bike tracks straight and the bars seem square. Just the wing seems lower on the right and not level.

If it's just the handlebars, turn the bars full lock the oposite direction of the twist and give em a tug (or push). They're rubber mounted. You'd be surprised how far they can be moved.
If it's the fairing inner and the bars (I know that's what you wrote...) - just loosen the lower tripple tree bolts, straighten her back up and re-tighten.
