07' Pontiac G6 thumping sound when steering?

It has 57k miles. Everytime I turn right I can hear a faint thump or click twice until I turn the wheel and go back to straight. It doesnt do it when I turn left. Any ideas? Cost of fix?

your half-shaft is going out... needs replaced!!! and soon, halfshafts are ruined by hard accelerating in corners and hard braking in corners!!!

i would advise you to not drive your car!!! it sounds like a wheel barring,have it checked a.s.a.p.
