...it be,something in the blow? well i dont know if something in it got stuck b/c it really cold in michigan right now. or what, took it to a shop and said that there was power going into it, but nothing was coming out or the blower couldnt run. what could it be

Sounds like you need a new blower motor,get the shop to test the motor to see if it runs.
