'06 Honda CRF250r v.s. '07 KTM 250 RFS...Which is better?

Which one should I choose? Honda's never been rebuilt, needs a front fork seal, and its all stock. Has no clue how many hours. Never been raced and the guy wants $2950 but will take any reasonable offers. I heard the Honda's have valve trouble? Are they strong bikes? Are they reliable bikes? The Honda Kelly Blue Books at $2965. There is no Honda dealer here in my town either. Alright now for the KTM! Its has been rebuilt from the crank up the Fall of 2010. Im guessing on the high side 20 hours. Rebuilt by a dealer/professionally. He said he didn't race it. Has an FMF Exhaust including a FMF Titanium Megabomb header. Also has ASV levers. He wants $2850. Are the KTM 4 strokes good bikes? They have alot of power? The 6 gears really help? Are they reliable? Do they last a long time if you take care of them? Will the Megabomb help it? Does rebuilding it, hurt it at all?Do their parts cost more? We have a KTM dealer about 45 minutes away as well. It Kelly Blue Books at $3545. Which one should I get? Not that many people have KTM's around here so I need help! I hear KTM's last forever, but I don't know if the rebuild hurt it at all? Please help me thank you so much! I use to own a dirt bike then got a quad now I want a dirt bike again. The riding I'll mainly be doing is riding in our local river bed which is sand and very bumpy, but we still haul! I will also be chasing jack rabbits across fields!!! NO racing for me! Please help and thank you!!
