06 dodge magnum with boston premium audio package?

my dodge magnum came fully loaded and has a boston audio package with it. my question is if i replace the stock head unit with a pioneer avic f900bt, will i be able to connect the f900bt head unit to the stock amp that is powering the door speakers? or is the only option is the door speakers run off the pre amp from the f900bt
