Hi! I've been trying to find a car for under $4000 that doesn't have a crazy amount of miles. So far I've found an 04 dodge neon with 74,000 miles and an 06 chrysler sebring with 90,000 miles. Both asking prices ar $3500. Any suggestions on which would be a better choice?
