I have an 05 Ford Escape XLT, 4wd, V6, 3.0L, 121k mi; I just had all the spark plugs replaced, the brakes done, the tranny flushed, air filter replaced, egr valve replaced, dpfe sensor replaced. (all within the last 2 weeks!)
I need help figuring out what is wrong with it. When in park or when idling, it sputters like it is going to give out, then it runs okay, a little sluggish but okay. It also idles low at about 500 rpm. What could it be? I haven't had any problems with it until recently when the spark plugs got replaced. Could that have anything to do with it? I would take it to Ford but I am really low on funds. Anyone have any ideas??
