hav you tried doing a typical draw test on the truck,because all those trucks have a small amount of draw on them through the memory for the radio,but not enough to cause any problems,my 2001 model had a draw on it for about year before i found it and it turned out the be a relay that would stick on for about 5 minutes after you cut the key off then it would go off,the only thing you can do is a typical draw test to find it,and start pulling fuses one by one until the light goes out,sometimes its very time consuming to find small draw like that,larger draws are a lot easier to find than small ones are,good luck.
