My dodge dakota's steering got really stiff so I replaced the power steering pump (twice) and I put in a Rack and pinion. The problem of stiff steering (hard steering) still persists. I turned the wheels from left to right a couple of times to bleed the air out already. when I take off the power steering cap there is air blowing out of the reservoir.
If someone knows on what is wrong with my truck please let me know I am stumped on this one.
The power steering fluid I put in is ATF+4 and it is not leaking anywhere, the reservoir stays full.
