I have a 2003 tahoe that I bought not long ago. There is a noise in the dash that i would describe as a crackling sound or something like that. I figured it was one of the bose tweeters on the pillar that was blown and it was making noise. My buddy put his head up on the dash and said it was coming from both sides, and it didnt sound like it was from the tweeter. I listened closely and i agree, its not the tweeter. and it only happens from about 50mph+, the faster i go, the worse it gets. it sounds like the cowl or something is slapping the windshield, but i cant see anywhere that it would. any ideas?
