Ok so i was getting a car wash and my car randomly turned off while it was still in there. My check engine, battery, and oil lights turned on but my radio was still playing. I tried to restart it but it wouldnt start. So after few minutes i gave it another go and it started and all the lights were off. Just like nothing happened. I changed my oil a few months ago and like two months ago i had a misfire and changed the plugs and wires (ngk). They arent low quality. Could it have been my battery???? I did give someone a jump 4 months back. Should i be concerned about this? The reason i ask is because im going on a camping trip and i really dont want to get stranded anywhere. My car is at 107xxx miles.
