hi i was think of upgrading my intake manifold to my 03 dodge cummin i was wondering can i remove the block heater with out having problem later in the future, i live in south texas so you know it get hot over here almost all year and even in winter it doesn't get that cold. so my question is since cold air is better peformance when removing this block heater will it increase my peformance more since it will not warm the air that enters the engine...
