03 dodge ram 1500 overheating?

I have a 03 dodge ram 1500 and the other day it over headed so i had it worked on they put fan and a thermostat got it back and its still overheading took it to dodge an they said its a warped head and want me to pay 3200 to fix it ... want my truck smoke or something if it was a warped head ..... its not doing anything but overheading ...please help
