02 jeep grand cherokee cooling fan wont shut off?

I have a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 engine. My problem is my cooling fan won’t shut off even when ignition is off. And yes I recently replaced the battery, I have read other have had the same problem, just can’t find a fix.
the fan stays on for hours
Where is the relay located?
 
It is normal for the cooling fans to run on for a few minutes after the vehicle has been turned off. If the fans NEVER shut down you may have a faulty fan control sensing unit.
