02 honda civic Fog light cabin fuse box?

I bought new fog lights for my 02 civic lx. They are aftermarket but are fitted to the vehicle. I had to wire it myself and ive got everything in its proper place. I just cant figure out where the plug from the switch to the fuse box goes. I found a slot that looks like it should fit in but it never clips. I've run auxiliary power for testing purposes and everything seems to work fine so its just a matter of finding that mysterious power source.
