Hey!
Im new here so cut me some slack please guys.
I have had my O2 Genie simcard for several months now and I have topped up many times and gotten my 300 free texts. Now usually when you miss your anniversary date you get a text telling you this, I havent got this text and I topped up 3 days ago and I still havent got my free texts!
Has this ever happened to you?
