My starter wont engage when i turn the key, AT TIMES. theres times when i get in and just go, but 90% of the time it just clicks once and i sounds like its coming from the steering wheel. the battery is good, my starter tested just fine, and i have continuity going through the neutral safety switch. jumping the battery does nothing. i kick start it most times which is harshly wearing on my clutch. somebody please help before i drive it off a cliff
