01 ford taurus 3.0 v6 rev to 2000 rpm unplug the maf it rev to about 1100 rpm?

new fuel filtet,new plugs fuel pressure good could the cam or timing have anything with the problem maybe the cam sensor i appreciate your opinion thanx james
i unplug the maf then i start the engine when i press the gas padel to the floor it rev to about 1100 rpm i plug the maf back up while engine running i press the gas padel to floor again the engine rev to about 2000 rpm could the cam senor be the problem
 
Im unsure of your question, if you are saying it idles at 2000 until you unplug the maf then it drops to 1100 I would check the IAC but again Im not sure what you are saying
