01 ford f150 4x4 brake switch not working?

ok i went to park and cut my truck off, then soon as i went to leave my friends house i couldnt get it into gear. so i messed with the brake switch on the pedal and it finally went into gear. so now i have to leave it in neutral and set the parking brake. but since that happened both power windows do not work and neither does my door locks. i've checked all the fuses cant figure out what it is
