01 Chrysler Sebring does nothing when I try to start it help!!?

When I Turn the key on Acc I can roll down windows, turn on lights, etc. None of the dash gauges work. No battery, check engine light, etc. When I actually turn the key to start it, it does nothing. No clicks of any sort. It has a new battery and all fuses are fine. Please help I'm at a loss and don't feel like paying 1,000 to fix this car...again
