00 Jeep Grand Cherokee code P1491.?

My car started overheating the other night, I checked codes and it game me the P1491 code, I found out that I have a problem with the cooling fan relay, I would like to know the location of this relay and how can I replace it?
General information about my jeep, its a V6 4.0 4x2.
