first off. i have nothing in the tank atm, i just gave away my goldfish to a garden centre.
i wanted to convert it to a tropical tank but now im afraid ill have to empty it completely, wash it thoroughly and refill and cycle the tank all over again! i've heard its normal to have some tiny unidentifyable things in there sometimes, you create a mini ecosystem. but these are a bit bigger than tiny... they are as thin as cotton, white and are about 1cm or 1 & 1/2cm long, what are they?! im kinda freaked out now...
