I am looking for a black interior wall paints. I'm going to paint all the walls black, then I am going to splatter paint or sponge on a bunch of bright neon colors. Maybe I'll add some glow in the dark interior wall paint if that even exists. Tips on carrying out this plan? Any places that sell black paint? Any that sell crazy neon colors? How about glow in the dark?
