ըlins 515 or TTX?

I would do that if I wouldn't have to replace my right fork anyways (was involved in accident). The stock replacement is about $1,400 for one fork!

I am ponying up an extra 600 to get the 803's.

Makes sense?

I found several 848 and even 1098 forks on Ebay...

I've crashed my bikes more times than I thought I would and when I crashed my '01 R1 at the Pahrump (lowsided in T2 doing about 90mph) that is when I realized that all the nice bling and doesn't mean jack anymore. My Harris CF R7/R1 bodywork, Ohlins forks, Ohlins rear shock, 5spoke Marchesinis, Harris rear sets, YEC magnesium covers... were all thrashed!

I don't think Dan can do the TTX for $900. He will do it for $ 1,050. And yes the 30mm cart kit is coming out at lower price than 25mm cart kit (MSRP).

Yeah I went back on the 1098-forum and searched for that thread. $1050 was what he could do. I remember it went way off topic for some reason.

Dan don't always had the best deal... That is why I end up getting the DU515 sprung to my weight. Dan's approach is using heavier spring with less preload other than what Ohlins suggested.
