I have a table with 2 cells, and the right hand side cell has a google ad in it, and it is 600 pixels high. The cell on the left has about 3 or 4 lines of text, but the text is centered in the middle of the cell vertically, I want it to start at the top of the cell. How do I do this?

On a lincoln town car 1996, we were trying to find a bad fuse for the cig lighter and pulled a fuse and the Air conditioning went out. Should i bring it to a dealership or is it a simple fix? The fuse doesn't appear to be broken, should i replace it anyways?
