    Photoshop for OSX Panther 10.9.3?

    I have a ibook G3 dual USB it doesnt have much power! but is there a version of Photoshop that will run? or a similer photo editing software. Finally is there any photo stitch software .. like autostitch that will run? easy 10 points here!
