My hair is drastically falling out. I've always had low iron, and until a few months ago I had a serious eating disorder. I can't go to the doctor at this time but I'd like to know which foods should help with my problem? I'm guessing like fish or something?
Yeahh pretty sure this is straight up cheating. Learn this stuff on your own, you'll be happy in the end. Not even kidding. I'm only 19 so I'm not some old person scolding you... Just saying.
