    Nose piercing & sports?

    So i am either playing soccer or volleyball [ most likely soccer ] in the fall, but i am getting my nosed pierced soon. Can i just put in one of the rubber studs? Or will i have to completely take out the stud? Also, how long does it take to heal? Oops! Sorry for the wrong section. . .
