On Tues/Thurs, I do 3 sets of burpees, 25 reps.
I've been at this for about a year. I don't watch my diet and my sleep habits suck.
I run 2.1 miles 6 days a week at 11min/mile, do 2 sets of 25 reps of pushups and situps each day.
On Tues/Thurs I do 3 sets of 25 burpees.
I'm 45, I still sorta eat like crap, but is this enough exercise?
I'm looking at a base Jeep Wrangler, approx 23k for suggested retail. I don't want to pick over a corpse, but I obviously want the best price. The dealer is being shut down (as a Chrysler dealer) and they have about 15 Jeeps on the lot.
