Adjust your carbs idle screw. When the bike is running with the choke on rev it a little bit then turn the choke off while still reving, see if the bike still runs while you rev it, then take the throttle off, and if it dies its either a leaking seal or just the idling like i said before.
My plastics on my 98 rm125 need replacing, is it possible to fit the lastest plastics on it, anything from the year 2000 and up, if it doesnt fit the brackets is there anyway to modify something to make them fit?
Im thinkin of sellin the old chook chaser, it has just had the cylinder bored out to 2ml over size, brand new piston, bearing, rings and pin, it runs great, pretty scratched tho, how much do you think its worth?
Im thinking of buying a 2000 RM125 and was wondering how tough they are? Say if i stacked or bailed doing a big jump, would the bike withstand an awkward land without any major problems? Also how often do parts break or wear out?
If you dont have an answer to my question like this mohammed guy...
my friends had been riding it all day, then i rode it and it started to cut out and was very weak. Would barely run after that, wouldnt rev at all. I had a look at the top of the head and you can see fuel and oil bubbling out of the side. Im sure this is a head gasket right? what are the chances...
