    Why do we have a statue of Lincoln when he was a racist who tried to send all the blacks back to Africa?

    He sent several thousands back through the American Colonization Society before he was assassinated. He was obviously a full blown racist. Isn't it outrageous we have a statue of him? How can destroy the statue of this racist?
