I was making some salsa today and unfortunately not paying very close attention; I thought it would be pretty simple. I threw in probably 4 cups tomatoes, 1 tsp jalapeno pepper, 1 tsp garlic and 1/4 cup red onion. The result was soupy and flavorless. Any ideas for how to improve/ what to do now...
