    You should eat a lot when you're that young otherwise it can stunt your growth, but make sure it's occasionally high in proteins. I doubt you'll be "ripped" by 14, but if you keep at it by the time you're in your late teens you'll be pretty damn muscular. Stick at it, and also try to jog...
