    Does a phone's bluetooth address change after flashing of phones software?

    I gave my phone 2 a repairer 2 flash.but when i got my phone back the speaker was low & clumsy,the screen quality was also poor. the bluetooth address also changed.is this a proof that he changed the inner hardware of my phone?
