right now i have blonde highlights.
i have a hair appt for touch ups because my dark roots are starting to show.
i am not as blonde as i want to be yet, i want to be more white/platinum.right now i am at medium/light blonde.
do i ask for the touch ups to be lighter? what do i tell her without...
