If you are looking for more funding for school, Student loans should cover it. Are you just applying for grants? If so that is why you don’t have enough.
Again you want “free” money to go to school (Pell Grants) never look at free money first. Anyone can get student loans so when you say you don’t qualify you are talking about “free” money and if you don’t want to take out loans to go to school you will never go.
