    Exercise bike... Is it what I need?

    I weight 210lbs (15st, 95kg). I want to lose weight for my wedding in August 2012. My ideal weight is 145lbs (11st). I have a home exercise bike and dumbbells. I use them together 3 times a day 20/30 minutes each session. Is this the right way to lose weight. I know it's not the best way...
