    Why are all the (relatively) new female Greys Doctor's caucasian blands? I

    mean, blondes? The Lucy chick, Teddy, Arizona. Ok, they lost a blonde in Izzy... and they replaced her with Arizona. Heck, they even turned little Grey blonde for a season. Mistake. Where'd the diversity go?
