Ive been on a 1200 cal diet and ive lost a ton of weight.
Will I gain a lot of weight if I go to a buffet today?
I don't know how to eat in moderation when im there :( it all looks too good I cant pass it up
i know :/ but my mom wants to go and it pains me to see her go by herself
