I've changed the ICM wires, and cap and fuel filter, fuel pump works good, and car reads a code 4 and goes into limp mode at 65 mph. Is there any solution besides replacing the distributor? possibly a bad coil? help please

My girlfriend has an issue where sometimes her tv will go super bright after being on for awhile, and other times the colors will separate. Any help would be greatly appreciated
