    Is it worth upgrading my iPhone 3gs 3.1.3 to 4.0.1?

    I have an iphone 3gs with firmware 3.2 and my phone is jailbroken. Is it safe to upgrade my firmware to 4.0.1 or higher? Will that break my jailbreak? How would I fix this? Thanks, I am a really bad this stuff Thanks, also... If I do update it, will I be able to jailbreak the 4.0.1?
