At least once a week i dream about the world ending. It happens in different ways each time and it would'nt bother me but the problem is they are so incredibly freaky that i'm in a weird freaked out mood each day after i have one. I don't sit around worrying or thinking about the world ending...
i recently heard of this exercise called the stomach vacuum and was curious if anyone has used it before and if it gave you good results? Also.. If you know of any other good stomach flattening exercises that are effective, let me know! Thanks!
