I Jailbroke my Iphone 4 yesterday. I noticed that the contacts icon went, also the APP store and other apple icons. How can i get them back. what can i do with out having to restore Thanks, I have gone in there, but the app store or contacts are not in there at all

I can not delete or make new files on my WD Elements. It tells my I need permission to do so. I have check the security in the settings and I have full privileges. Whats up? I can make new files on the main folder but if i go in to a folder to make a new sub folder it doesn't let me. It also...
